My background blends scientific research, technical writing, and analytics leadership. I've gone from ecology and social research to the study of complex human organizations to developing end-to-end analytics pipelines. I've mentored junior analysts, built internal bots, and led vendor evaluations for enterprise tools—because I care about what works, what scales, and what leaves a lasting legacy.
But what really defines me and my work isn't just the stack—it's how I see the world.
As an autistic professional, I've worked hard to hone my cognitive lens: the ability to zoom between the forest and the trees, to find patterns in cluttered systems, to clarify what's unclear and present it all in plain, accessible language.
